Sandra K -ranz Art Studio a unique display of oil paintings including portraits, landscapes from the Grampians region and beyond, and a children’s collection including fairyland paintings.

Ros McArthur Art Studio and Garden - a fine art studio with a display of oil paintings – local landscapes, still life and contemporary works by Ros McArthur. The studio is situated in the extensive gardens of the homestead and are open to the public.

Waiting Room Art Gallery- Paintings, drawings, pottery, ceramic sculpture and photography by Anne Fleming and other local artists. Parker St, Dunkeld.
Hamilton Art Gallery - famous for its unique collection of fine and decorative arts including paintings, porcelain, silver, tapestry, prints and furniture. Many of the collected artwork are gifts from country homesteads around Hamilton.
Dunkeld Historical Museum - located in an old blue-stone church (1865) in Wills St. Open Sundays and public holidays from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Arboretum - The Dunkeld’s Arboretum was a community project based on the old Water Reserve. There are over 700 trees in the reserve, including what is allegedly the second-largest collection of oaks in Australia.

Labyrinth - Walk the new Dunkeld Arboretum Labyrinth, constructed from Grampians sandstone by the local community. Walkers are invited to remember and celebrate the natural beauty and fragility of the earth. This is a place for quiet contemplation and reflection. The Dunkeld Arboretum Labyrinth is the classic Greco-Roman style and has become a popular design in our times.

Horse Riding
The Grampians Horse Riding Centre can be found in the Wartook Valley. They offer rides through open plains and dense forest for both experienced and novice riders.
Dunkeld Golf Course
18 hole sand-scrape golf course walking distance from Aquila property, frequented by kangaroos, wallabies, emus and echidnas.
Bicycling
Bring your bicycle and discover the beauty of Victoria Valley, proclaimed as an excellent area for a bicycle leisure rides and training.
You are also welcomed to join an annual bike ride, 60 km event, that runs on Sundays of the Discover Dunkeld Festival each October. For more information check www.discoverdunkeld.com
Hiking/Walking
Several walking tracks exist in Dunkeld area as well as two interpretive walking trails on Aquila property.
Dunkeld hosts an annual, 80km hike along the Serra Range, named "Serra Terror". This well organized event runs during Queens Birthday weekend and draws a large number of participants, who enjoy mountain walking. Grampians Eco Tours
Located in Dunkeld, they arrange fully catered half and full day tours to discover hidden treasures of Grampians, Hamilton and local wineries.
